“Keep close to Nature’s heart. Break clear away, once in a while, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.” ~ John Muir~

Tree Brain smallOur nature based transformational groups convene in some of the most beautiful places that nature has to offer. Spend 4-16 days by yourself, with your partner, team or group; immerse yourself in the wild, while exploring the power of NLP, EFT and Hypnosis in an environment conducive to deep personal exploration and healing.

Recent studies are showing that by spending time interacting in the natural environment you can improve your directed-attention abilities and memory (1). Nature is noted as being restorative to the executive functioning part of the brain that requires directed cognitive control. By immersing oneself in rich environments that are inherently fascinating, it can be beneficial for replenishing the faculties needed for directed attention tasks. Furthermore disconnecting from technological devices for at least 4 days has been shown to increase performance on a creativity, problem-solving task by 50 percent (2). Taking time out from the computer and other stressors can inspire physiological changes, releasing hormones and using different brain regions which will allow overtaxed higher-thinking regions of the brain to de-stress and continue to restore clear thinking abilities, ultimately increasing productivity and preventing burn-out.
